NSSBOB is a multi-genre international DJ and producer originally from the Czech Republic, now performing across the UK and Europe. While his core sound is rooted in Drum & Bass and House in all its forms, his sets also move into Techno, blending underground energy with years of rave culture inf uence and experience.
His journey into music began in the early 2000s after discovering Prague’s legendary Milada Squat free party scene. The iconic cultural space became his homebase for several years, where he immersed himself in FreeTek, Raggajungle and underground soundsystem culture, regularly performing at Czech Teknivals including Czechtek and Carotek alongside visiting sound systems and artists.
Following a hiatus after the 2006 Czechtek police raid, Roman reconnected with music during the Covid lockdown era, developing his production skills while performing in virtual clubs and online rave communities.
Since then, he has returned to live performance across the North West of England, the Czech Republic and the Canary Islands, while also holding a residency with the virtual club Silentium. Alongside live DJ sets, Roman continues to build recognition through mashups, remixes and production work, including a successful 2024 remix release supported by KaratK and praise from Xylom for the quality of his published mashup mixes.
