Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern all studio and session bookings made through the Wix booking platform operated by Decks in the City (DITC). By making a booking, users agree to comply with these Terms and all associated policies.
Bookings

All bookings must be made via the Wix booking platform.

Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once completed through the system.

Decks in the City reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where policies are not met.

Users must comply with all relevant Decks in the City policies, including:

Code of Conduct

Studio Rules

Health and Safety Policy

Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Policy

Payment
-
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are displayed at the point of booking and include any applicable fees.

Concession or community rates must be approved in advance where applicable.
Use of the Studio

Users must use the studio and equipment responsibly and for the purpose booked.

Users are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or failure to follow guidance.

Food, drink, and personal equipment use must comply with posted studio rules.

Users must leave the studio in a reasonable condition after use.
Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations and changes must be made through Wix where possible.

Refunds, credits, or rescheduling are subject to the Decks in the City Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking access.
Breach of Terms

Failure to comply with these Terms or associated policies may result in:

Cancellation of current or future bookings

Temporary or permanent suspension of booking access

Requirement to complete additional induction or supervision

Serious or repeated breaches may result in permanent exclusion.
Changes to terms

Decks in the City reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions.

Updated versions will be published, and continued use of the booking system constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
